KETTLEFIT TRAINING SESSIONS Save money and train with friends, co-workers, or a group already in progress. When doing KETTLEFIT sessions with an RKC instructor you will supercharge your fitness and melt your unwanted fat. All exercises will be done using kettlebells and your own bodyweight.
